+ In Conversation: What If I'm Wrong?
We’ve reached the point of the book writing process where I need to take a pause on writing for Substack. I tried getting my systems together, and making plenty of creative space, and it just turns out that even while making it smoother to write here that I’ve got limited creative capacity — and as a creative, this drives me crazy actually.
So it is with frustration and sadness at the capacity I had once upon a time (and also relief and gratitude that I get to do this) that I must admit I can’t do it all.
But I am excited about the work Liz Daye and I are doing on Decentering David. We’ve been like giddy school girls with new insights and sharing our papers and gasping at the fun stuff we’re learning with and from one another.
I can’t wait to come back in 6-8 weeks with chapters written and a brain ready to take a look at culture and Scripture with you.
I have a couple more podcast episodes that I committed to release during this time to help some authors, so you will see a couple more of those before it pauses too.
